WHAT ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS?

They are an individual, lightweight eyelash made of synthetic silk. Using a medical grade adhesive we apply them one by one to your natural eyelash.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT?

Come in relaxed with eyes completely clean of make-up or products of any kind.

HOW LONG DOES THE APPOINTMENT TAKE?

It can take 1-2 hours depending on the style you desire and your natural lash health.

HOW LONG DO THE EXTENSIONS LAST?

The bond life depends on many factors. Maintaining them with fills and proper after care will keep them healthy and looking good for long term. Fills are needed every 2-3 weeks.

WHAT IS A FILL?

A fill is when we go through the lashes to remove grown out extensions and add new extensions. This is key in maintaining your lash extensions and is required in a 2-3 week time frame. Lash extensions need to be at least 40% full in order to be considered a fill.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EXTENSIONS?

Avoid rubbing, picking or pulling on your extensions. Don’t use mascara and make sure you brush and wash them daily. Never use any oil based products near your extensions and when wearing eyeliner or shadow make sure it’s powder or water based. Avoid sleeping on your face, saunas and steam facials.

HOW DO I WASH MY EXTENSIONS?

A gentle, oil-free, foaming cleanser. We recommend Prolong Lash cleanser. It’s an oil-free, vegan friendly cleanser that eliminates the build up of make-up debris, oils from skin, dead skin cells, etc. With daily use, Prolong helps keep your natural lash health in tact while improving the retention of your extensions.
